VoIP technology greatly enhances your phone system.  Not only does VoIP significantly cut cost telecommunication expense, in most cases it is much easier for the end user to operate the system.  VoIP is an ever expanding technology and reaching into new communities where it was not always available.  New features are constantly being developed and companies are finding ways to cut cost, not only for themselves but the end user as well.
